The first day cover for the wedding stamps of Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles. |
British people still hate Camilla even though she is now "The Duchess of Cornwall" (Yeah, right, like she's not going to be queen when Charles takes the throne). Camilla only got welcomed into the British Royal family after the demise of the Queen Mother, who, I might add, was apparently a rather mean person, according to Princess Diana's personal butler, Paul Burrell.

The engagement portrait of Prince William and Kate Middleton. |
I purchased this postcard of William and Kate at the Palace of Holyroodhouse gift shop (I didn't want to pay the ridiculous fee to go inside). Holyroodhouse is the official residence of the Queen and her family in Edinburgh, Scotland. Nowhere else in Scotland could I find anything to do with the royal family, and I sort of realized that most Scots hate the English, and therefore also hate the Royals.

The souvenir sheet for the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton. |
No, wait, you could find these stamps of the Royal wedding at any post office in Scotland, but then again, the Queen is sort of plastered in the corner of every single postage stamp in the United Kingdom...whether the Scots like it or not.

Sarah, the Duchess of York. |
In recent years, the Duchess seems to be excluded more and more from functions hosted by the royal family, most notably the wedding of William and Kate. Her own brash actions seem to warrant this, and she causes a certain amount of embarrassment for her daughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie.
